With such laws teachers will feel encouraged to put more effort when teaching the youth. This will also see many youth taking up teaching as profession when they join college.
Youths are faced with many challenges in high school and colleagues that they end up opting to quit. Not being able to raise the student fee and peer pressure are some of the problems that the youth face. Youths are faced with many problem when in school but they do not feel okay with sharing them with their parents. Most youth are much more comfortable discussing these problems with their teachers.
Teachers can act as good counselors to the youth. They can motivate the youth to work hard in school and hence achieve their dreams. Teachers can also guide students on how to deal with peer pressure and many other problems that most youth go through, such as depression and drug abuse.
When as a nation we lack teachers who are motivated, the youth end up not having someone to guide and support them in school. The lack of someone providing guidance to the youth has resulted to some youth committing suicide.
